Rapper Edem and AJ Sarpong hosted the Industry Awards Night
The Industry Awards category of the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music (VGMA) Awards has been held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre.
The event is held to celebrate and appreciate industry players who work behind the scenes, including sound engineers, producers and song writers, to give patrons all the good vibes.
The event was graced by actors and musicians including Prince David Osei, Kuami Eugene and KiDi, with the night turning out to be a night of glamour, creativity, fun, networking, dance and music.
There were great performances from artists such as the Akye Saa crooner, Samini; Perez Music; Kofi Kinaata, Celestine Donkor; Wendy Shay and Lyrical Joe.
Rapper Gambo emerged winner of the Unsung Category and subsequently performed on the night.
The VGMA 23 weekend will be climaxed with the competitive awards Saturday at the Grand Arena inside the Accra International Conference Centre.
